What’s in Your Ready-to-Load™ Kit?
For many years, EDVOTEK® has worked with teachers to make electrophoresis experiments easy to perform in a classroom setting. For example, we have streamlined our pre-lab preparations by providing the Ready-to-Load™ DNA samples as pre-aliquoted QuickStrips™. The agarose powder and electrophoresis buffer are also supplied in pre-measured quantities, meaning that you just need to dilute, dissolve and go!

45 min. All You Need: Electrophoresis apparatus, power supply, automatic micropipette and tips, microwave or hot plate, distilled water, white light box (optional). Storage: Room temperature stable. Storage of Ready-to-Load™ QuickStrip™ samples in the refrigerator is recommended. Time Requirements: Approximately 45 min.

Flexible Options for Ready-to-Load™ Kits! We’re proud to offer our -S Kits and -A Kits which offers you ultimate flexibility for the Edvotek Ready-to-Load™ QuickStrip™ electrophoresis kits!
All -S kits are the complete kit, but INSTEAD of including FlashBlue™ DNA Stain, the kit box will include SYBR® Safe . Utilizing SYBR® Safe allows you to visualize your gels instantly, no post-electrophoresis staining needed!
All -A kits will ONLY include the Ready-to- Load™ QuickStrip™ DNA samples for 8 Gels. If you already have a lab stocked with electrophoresis reagents, then this option will be for you!
And as always, our regular Ready-to-Load™ Kits will continue to include FlashBlue™ DNA Stain and our -C Kits will provide bulk DNA for 24 gels.
