We had the pleasure of hosting a guest who had been staying with us since 2022 and with her frequent visits to the capital city of the Maldives, she found a true home at JEN Maldives Malé by Shangri-La. After 44 delightful stays, she visited the hotel for the last time in April 2024. To honor her loyalty and friendship, the management team organized a heartfelt farewell at the Azur Restaurant, embodying Shangri-La's core value of "obsess over customer experience’’ . We surprised her with a 'bon voyage' cake and local souvenirs to carry back home, as a memoir from her time in the Maldives. Additionally, the team presented her with a beautifully framed photo capturing the sunset hour at the hotel's Rooftop Infinity Pool. This special keepsake, adorned with handwritten farewell messages from the JEN Maldives team, was a gift she truly appreciated. The guest was overjoyed and thanked the team for their unwavering dedication and for consistently making her feel truly at home, even though she was miles away from her own.
