CERTIFICAZIONI INIZIO DI UNA STORIA DI QUALITA’ CERTIFICATES, THE BEGINNING OF A HISTORY OF QUALITY

Lo standard BRC/IOP nasce con l’intento di dare garanzie in materia di sicurezza igienico/sanitaria dei materiali che entrano a contatto con gli alimenti. Tale standard è privato e sviluppato da BRC -British Retail Consortium- ed è rivolto a produttori di materiali a contatto con l’alimento MCA e utilizzatori di packaging destinato al contatto alimentare. Quando un’azienda decide di ottenere questa certificazione, viene sottoposta ad un controllo generalizzato dell’ambiente, dei processi produttivi, del personale e dei prodotti. Lo scopo ultimo che ha questa certificazione è quello di garantire che i materiali utilizzati dall’azienda per il confezionamento dei prodotti rispondano a requisiti di igiene e sicurezza alimentare. BRC/IOP Standard aims at ensuring safeness on a hygienic/sanitary level of food grade materials. This standard is private and developed by BRC - British Retail Consortium - and is addressed to: producer of MCA food grade materials, users of packaging which will come into contact with food. When the company decides to obtain this certificate, it will undergo a generalized control of the plant environment, of the production processes, of the personell and of the products. The final aim of this accreditation is to ensure that the materials used by the company for products packaging comply with the hygiene and food safety requirements.

Stino di Livenza , che ha conseguito subito queste importanti attestazioni, grazie all’adeguamento della nuova struttura secondo altissimi standard di igiene e sicurezza. Thanks to the constant committment, Poloplast has been granted with the BRC Packaging and ISO9001:2008 certificates for the fith consecutive year. The most important news is related to the new plant in S. Stino di Livenza, which immediately obtained these important certificates, thanks to the compliance of the plant to high standards of hygiene and safeness. In data 07 Novembre 2016 , DNV – uno dei principali enti di certificazione a livello mondiale – ha rilasciato alla nostra azienda la certificazione BRC Packaging e ISO9001:2008 , attestando la conformità di Poloplast srl agli standard internazionali per l’igiene e sicurezza. On November 07, 2016 DVN - one of the most important certification authority worldwide - granted our company the BRC Packaging and ISO9001:2008 certificates, attesting Poloplast conformity to international hygiene and safeness standards.

Questo conferimento rappresenta un traguardo fondamentale del nostro percorso, continuamente costellato di conquiste, confermate anche da un nuovo sistema di valutazione che prevede maggiori punti di controllo. Poloplast conquista per entrambe le sedi la valutazione GRADE AA , l’ennesima conferma di eccellenza.

This awarding represents an important goal in our path, always scattered with achievements, confirmed also by the higher number of control points of the new evaluation process. Poloplast achieves for both plants the GRADE AA evaluation, another confirmation of excellence.
