extremely popular heating solution for those working in the heating trade. Developed with the plumber and installer in mind, each integrated heating package has been designed to save time and hassle throughout the heating process – from initial design to installation and compliance. Grant’s Integrated Heating Packages deliver maximum efficiencies for new builds, whilst helping to ensure the property is compliant in line with the revision to Part F of Northern Ireland’s Building Regulations and Part L compliance in the Republic of Ireland. Dedicated to ensuring a simple process for those in the building trade, the Grant technical team will design the full integrated heating package for a property, free of charge, and work closely with those involved in building the property to provide help and assurance in terms of correct sizing and specification. Offering a complete and highly efficient heating solution for new builds, each bespoke heating package features a range of award-winning heating technologies from the Grant portfolio, including the main heat source, a hot water storage unit and heat emitters. For most new builds, a Grant Aerona 3 R32 air-to-water air source heat pump is chosen as the main heat source, mainly as it is highly compatible with both Grant’s hot water storage range and heat

emitters, especially the Uflex underfloor heating offering. Grant’s most sustainable main heat source, the award-winning A+++ Aerona 3 R32 heat pump is a great option for those looking for a fossil fuel alternative. The Aerona 3 is available to merchants in four outputs of 6kW, 10kW, 13kW and 17kW and benefits from a cleaner, more environmentally friendly performance. The Grant Aerona 3 R32 air-to-water air source heat pump range is also capable of lowering a property’s overall carbon footprint, which will ultimately help with the required building regulations. In addition to sizing and specifying the correct size of heat pump, the Grant technical team will also specify the most efficient hot water storage, like the Grant Integrated Unit, and heat emitter technology, including Grant Uflex underfloor heating and/or Grant Afinia aluminium radiators. Grant smart heating controls are also available within each package.
