Ireland's Plumbing & Heating Magazine Issue 110 Nov-Dec

PLUMBEX DUBLIN

“We would always recommend being an

exhibitor at this show. The benefits for our company is that we actually meet our end user, in our case, our plumbers. We very rarely get to meet them in a setting like this, so it’s great to actually meet them and get feedback on our products; whether there are problems or things that we can fix for them. It’s a fantastic place to do business.” Morgan Hayes, Area Sales Manager, Warmflow.

“For our business, it’s great to connect with the trade people. The intermediaries for our business are the merchants and they are very important to our organisation, but it’s really good to interact with the people who physically use our products, to get feedback from them and also to introduce new products that we’ve launched recently.” Alan Hogan, Managing Director, Instantor.

“I would recommend anyone to be an exhibitor at the show, because it’s about reconnecting to the installer in the trade. With the last couple of years, we didn’t reach out to the installers as much, so this is a good way to reconnect back to them. There’s not just the existing customers but a lot of new customers. We’ve got a massive number of enquiries from it. Being at the stand

makes the difference.” Nick Phelan, Manager, Firebird.
