Label King Opens New Salt Lake City Location
Label King, a label manufacturer headquar- tered in San Diego, California, officially opened the doors to its new Salt Lake City, Utah location with a community-focused open house. Label King showcased its printing and con- verting capabilities throughout the day and even ran a label job for Salsa Queen, another Utah-based, family-owned brand. MCC Invests In Two BOBST MASTER Inline Flexo Presses MCC, provider of premium label solutions headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, has in- vested in two BOBST MASTER M6 inline flexo presses to enhance its production capabilities across the EMEA region.
Labelexpo Europe 2025, held for the first time in its 45-year history in Barcelona, concluded as the biggest show to date, both in exhibition space and attendance, including the highest international participation. The show welcomed more than 43,000 net square meters of exhib-
itor space. The event also broke attendance records with more than 37,000 attendees. Key statistics include an in- crease of 18 percent in top decision makers, 49 percent increase on 2023 in South American visitors and 28 percent increase in North American vis- itors. Spain dominated the list of top visiting countries alongside Italy, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. Labelexpo Europe 2025 witnessed innovations in automation and sustainability. For flexo, digital and hybrid press technologies, the key themes converged around automation, Cloud network integration and the first developments in AI-driven machine and user interfaces.
The MASTER M6 automated flexo press combines DigiFlexo automation, the oneECG color process, and advanced job-change ca- pabilities. The MASTER M6 can reportedly perform job changeovers in less than two minute, with automated pressure and register settings that reduce operator intervention.
