2. Section 5.H. Lot Hardscape/Softscape Requirements - To enable future replacement of sprinkler or electrical lines to the front of the lot, new hardscape installations that directly adjoin neighboring hardscape, may require a strip of removable softscape between the lots or utility conduit placed under the new hardscape, for future water and future electrical needs. A motion was made to table the modifications and additions to the A&A Rules until the April 19, 2021 Board Meeting.

B. Satellite “B” Upgrade
Director Boudin discussed the suggestion to upgrade our Satellite areas. A motion was made to send a request to ORPS Planning Committee to design, plan and estimate a project to enhance the appearance of Satellite B, total cost not to exceed $6,000. Motion- Director Boudin Second- Secretary McCune After additional discussion by the Board, the motion was withdrawn by Director Boudin due to lack of interest and support. C . Signature Stamps- Finance Committee Recommendation A motion was made that management be authorized to create and use Signature stamps of designated board member signatures for use in signing ORPS checks, following recorded video or email approval of Reserve or Capital fund expenses by those Board members. The Committee recommends that the designated Board Members be President, Vice President & Treasurer and that at least 2 of these 3 must approve payment of all such expenses and consequent use of their signature stamps.

A. Self-Guided Tours Vice President Leahy discussed the idea of a 30- day trial for visitors to be allowed to conduct a self-guided tour throughout the resort. The Board authorized a one-month trial, until the April Board meeting, in which security and the front office will issue a 30-minute self-guided drive-through pass to visitors under the prescribed collection/distribution methods above.
