Ed Vitrano, General Manager Jennifer Miranda, Resort Services Manager & Executive Assistant to the Board & General Manager Don Allen- Board Candidate Paul Bracconier- Board Candidate Ed Gruel – Board Candidate Stan Lindell- Invocation Bill Knebes- Board Oath Call to Order Meeting called to order by President Don Renoe at 9:04 am PT. A. Announcement of Quorum Sheila Kelly with the Inspectors of Election announced that we reached quorum with 664 ballots (54.7%) ballots received. B. Invocation Stan Lindell delivered the Invocation for the Annual Meeting. C. Introductions President Renoe introduced the Members of the Board, Board Candidates, Members of Management, and the Inspectors of Election.
