The Inspectors of Election began the tabulation of the ballots at 9:09 am Presidents Report
A. Opening Remarks President Renoe reported on this season and COVID. He thanked the staff for all of their hard work during this season in the midst of COVID as well as his fellow members of the Board. Treasurer’s Report & Ratification A. Financial Statement – Year to Date Report Treasurer Hare reported on the February Year to date financials and is attached. Secretary’s Report For the period of March 15, 2021 to April 11, 2021, 26 emails were received from Owners to the Board of Directors. Of those 26 emails:
11 were about Pickleball and the circulating petition 3 were regarding the Can Am Golf Tournament 3 were emails commending the staff on a job well done this season 2 were about information provided for the self-guided tours of the Resort And 7 were about miscellaneous topics General Manager’s Report
GM Vitrano discussed this past year and dealing with COVID. GM Vitrano reported that we will be focusing in on Satellites and the surrounding landscape, the resurfacing of the La Palma pool deck as well as Satellite B, El Saguaro pool deck and Roads sealing and repair work that will begin June 1, 2021. Committee Reports
A. Planning Committee Report Mike Curley presented the Planning Committee end of season report. B. Finance Committee Report Doug German presented the Finance Committee end of season report. C. A&A Committee Report Vice President Leahy presented the A&A Committee end of season report.
