Head of Estates Operations

The Head of Estates Operations is a new position created within the college. As part of the College Management Team, you will be tasked with taking strategic and operational responsibility for the estates and facilities function across the college site, including the design and implementation of an ambitious estate’s masterplan. You will lead and influence a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that a best-in-class service is delivered as well as ensuring that regulatory compliance is achieved across the board. You will use your commercial acumen to identify additional revenue streams for the college and use your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build high-profile relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your eye for detail and excellent project management skills will enable to you take the lead on estates and facilities programmes, ensuring that key targets are hit, and deadlines are achieved.

• Take a strategic role in planning the development of the College’s estate, facilities and capital resources. Responsible for the development and management of relationships with key end users, acting as a technical conduit. To be responsible for and act as client/ project manager for capital projects including new buildings, extensions, refurbishments and major maintenance.

Salary £52,000 - £58,000
