Counties budget revisions The United Counties of Prescott-Russell council (UCPR) approved a recommendation from its finance and administration departments for revisions to the 2015 budget. The revisions deal with changes to spending priorities for roads, policing and other programs and services. The revisions will not change the budget total calculated for this year or the property tax rate already set. – Gregg Chamberlain
