March’s previously owned condo closed sales, at 59, were 3% below last month but 37% higher than last year. There was 1.0 months of inventory in March, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The previously owned condo median sold price in March was $615,000, up 8% vs February and a 32% increase from March 2020. The average sold price was $755,999 with an average PSF sales price of $562 (up 15% and 3%, respectively, vs February).
