There were 1,025 residential homes for sale in King County in March, 7% below last month and 60% lower vs March 2020. Residential closed sales rose 44% month- over-month, to 2,311, and were 25% higher year-over-year. There was 0.4 months of inventory for residen- tial homes in March, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The median sold price in March was $825,000, 9% above February and 14% higher vs last year. The average sold price for residential homes was $1.04M, 11% higher month-over-month and 20% above March of last year.
