With 881 in March, residential closed sales were 33% higher month-over-month and 35% higher year-over-year. There was 0.6 months of inventory for residen- tial homes in March, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The median sold price in March was $818,501, 6% above February and 4% higher vs March 2020. The average sold price was $967,499, 7% above last month and 5% higher vs March 2020.
