Developed financial feasibility models for the Power Rental division, guiding over US$50 million in capex for more than 350 generators across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Devised division-wide cost of capital and proposed capital structure enhancements. These efforts enabled strategic investments and expanded market share by 5% in Kuwait and 3 – 5% in Saudia Arabia. Contributed to the US$4.3 billion spin-off of UK closed-book business ReAssure to a strategic investor.
