Spearheaded KSB’s operation in Bangladesh since joining in 2022 as the first employee of the new office. Devised comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and streamlined business processes to establish a countrywide network of 50 retail points, as well as 25 service centres to achieve annual revenue of US$5 million in 2024 within two years. Increased customer connectivity to 62.5% from 12.5% within a year of taking over responsibility of the spare parts business for Gas Booster Compressors at Ingersoll Rand, with a business growth of more than 200% (from US$350,000 to US$720,000). Furthermore, contributed another US$1.5 million in machine sales through channel partner and key accounts. Demonstrated technical competency and presentation skills to promote and convert competition accounts with value added products as a Key Account Manager at Atlas Copco.
