In July 2024, Ardmac was acquired by Purever Industries. Ardmac’s outstanding reputation in the industry made the idea of closer collaboration incredibly compelling for Purever. Outside of Ireland, Ardmac has a strong presence in the UK, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and Switzerland. Ardmac has grown in recent years to become a leading provider of clean, technical, and working environments to the life sciences, data, micro-electronics, EV battery and industrial sectors across Europe, employing 500 people. Since its establishment in 1977, Ardmac has consistently built and enhanced its standing as a leader in the field. Purever has had the privilege of working alongside Ardmac on various international projects over the years, and their exceptional team and consistent delivery of excellence have always impressed me—it’s what we often refer to as “the Ardmac way.” Purever and Ardmac share a strong alignment in values and a mutual dedication to delivering high-quality products and services that meet and exceed client expectations.
