2024 Materiality Assessment
Our impact and sustainability program is designed to align with our stakeholders’ priorities. In 2023, we conducted our ESG materiality assessment to learn what matters most to our employees, clients, Board, and investors when selecting employers, service providers, and investments. We augmented these insights with input from various assessment frameworks, rating agencies, and emerging regulations. Through this process, we learned that our stakeholders strongly support our commitment to our people and communities where we live and work. It also became clear that our stakeholders want us to do more for the environment and they expect us to uphold our tradition of good governance.
In 2024, we continued to build on the priorities identified in 2023, maintaining our focus on the areas that matter most to our stakeholders and advancing our work on these key initiatives.
