Fostering Engagement: Connection, Recognition, and Growth
Major events and Initiatives Through innovative programs, themed celebrations, and employee-driven initiatives, we delivered 8 global engagement events:
Great Place to Work survey TTEC’s steadfast efforts to build and enrich the employee experience reached new heights in 2024, when we achieved Great Place to Work certification in 15 countries. Building on 2023 successes in the Philippines and Canada, new geos earning accolades include Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Costa Rica, Egypt, Greece, India, Ireland, Mexico, Poland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. “Great Place to Work certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that TTEC stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.” Our annual global Employee Experience Survey conducted through Great Place to Work surfaced intriguing trends about employee perceptions regarding credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Additionally, we monitored onboarding employee sentiment and experience through a series of surveys to ensure new hires continue to engage at a high level and had access to the resources they needed to succeed in their roles.
Our methodical approach to gathering real-world data yields a comprehensive view of our culture and informs next steps to ensure TTEC remains an Employer of Choice.
In 2024, TTEC focused on building a cohesive and impactful employee engagement strategy designed to align with our core values and enhance the employee experience. Guided by three primary goals – formalize, empower, elevate - the initiatives and events of the year were crafted to foster a sense of connection, recognition, and growth across our global workforce. Our goals were achieved through targeted initiatives in the following key areas:
Employee Appreciation Day: Rolling out the Red Carpet
Earth Day: Empowering Sustainability at TTEC
TTEC Talent Show: People power 2024 marked TTEC’s fifth year hosting The Talent Show via LinkedIn Live. This interactive, high-energy video series showcased guest speakers and our own inspiring people from across the globe, in all departments, from all levels of the organization. Our goal is to go behind the scenes with the people who create amazing customer experiences every day. The Talent Show covered a variety of topic areas in 2024 including impact and inclusion, well-being and connections, Women’s History Month , and remote events that bring our people together no matter where they are located. One highlight was the launch of TTEC Familia, one of our new Employee Resource Groups designed to celebrate and empower our colleagues who are Latinos or Hispanics and allies supportive of our mission and vision.

Great Place to Work Celebration
• Well-being: Introducing or enhancing initiatives like wellness days during Customer Service Week and Mid- year celebrations. • Recognition: Celebrating employee achievements with programs like TTEC Stars and recognition opportunities during every hosted event. • Impact & Inclusion: Supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in their event planning, communication and execution, driving meaningful impact and representation. This unified approach to engagement has set the stage for continued success, ensuring that TTEC employees worldwide feel valued, connected, and inspired.
