Eligible employees will also be able to use up to two (2) weeks of Flexible Time Off (FTO) after the Paid Parental Leave has been exhausted. Flexible work opportunities Flexible scheduling provides our associates with a greater level of control and the ability to manage and adjust their schedules as needed, which ultimately provides a greater level of work-life balance. Evolving new labor models like this attract talent looking for non- traditional employment options. Flexible scheduling at TTEC is a client- and program- specific option. Clients that have opted in to flexible scheduling offer it as a reward or recognition for top performers, tenured employees, or on a voluntary basis. Most employees indicate a preference for flexible scheduling. In 2024, 54% of all TTEC employees worked from home. Zen-tastic: How to be Calm, productive, at peace TTEC’s mental health program, called It’s OK, We’re All Human, is anchored by a variety of training modules, resources, and other benefits promoted through our TTEC Health and Wellness website for U.S. employees, who can also access behavioral health services via telemedicine. Offshore employees access mental health benefits via the MyBenefits website and Mosaic intranet. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a confidential support program for employees needing advice or facing personal challenges, is administered by our partner, Workplace Options. In the U.S., our YOU@TTEC platform provides mental health and goals. Other countries have region-specific partners to help support mental health and well-being. Also new is our partnership with Calm, a mental fitness app we pilot-tested in 2024. That success led us to decide to roll out Calm’s stress-reducing, meditative, musical, and sleep audio services to employees in all countries in 2025. More new programs include: Restful YOU, Balanced Life Blueprint, Thrive Lite, Living on Purpose, and Quarterly Challenges.
