TTEC India Foundation • 22nd TTEC Annual Wellness Walk: Nearly 5,000 TTEC employees, friends, and family took part in this 2024 event, raising $106,000, including $50,000 donated by the TTEC India Foundation. Funds supported four NGOs supporting underserved rural communities with education, water, and sanitation, among other resources; youth development, health and nutrition, skills training; education and vocational training, speech therapy, physiotherapy for children with disabilities, and guidance for parents to help girls and women become self-reliant and improve their standard of living. • Precious gift money can’t buy: More than 150 TTEC employees donated 19 gallons of blood in 2024, supporting patients with blood disorders, those in need of transfusions and potentially saving the lives of 456 people. • Trees, please: More than 125 TTEC volunteers planted 1,000 trees of native varieties and butterfly-loving plants in Ahmedabad in 2024. The efforts transformed barren urban ground to a flourishing forest, enhancing the biodiversity and improving air quality. • Sharing success: TTEC India volunteers partnered with two organizations to engage with children with intellectual disability, celebrating festivals, playing games, and celebrating achievements.

In Bulgaria , TTEC awarded a $2,500 grant to the Together We Can Foundation, which provides basic and innovative support services, such as equine therapy, for children with disabilities and disorders. The grant supported construction of a first-in-this region therapy center, equipment for occupational therapy, construction of the sensory track and section, and recreational facilities such as sunshade, tables, chairs, and paved tracks, impacting 100 students. In the United States , a $3,000 grant was awarded to Southwest Human Development in Arizona, whose mission is to strengthen the foundation children need for a great start in life. This grant supported the purchase of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) supplies for low-income, young children who attended Educare Arizona. In the Philippines , nearly 2,000 TTEC employees participated in a fun run that raised $40,000. Proceeds from the Run in Sync event will support tutorial classes, reading lessons and math classes.

Empowering our employees to drive meaningful change is at the heart of our mission to make a positive impact in the communities we serve. We encourage our employees to share with us the causes that matter most to them — community needs that may not even be on our radar — so support and resources can make a difference in people’s lives. TTEC Foundation Our Foundation is employee-driven. Grant requests are initiated by our own people and community leaders because they observe firsthand the need for education and other resources that can lift the lives of children in need. We fund programs across the globe and focus on literacy, technology, state-of-the-art learning environments, and tools. In 2024, the TTEC Foundation approved 125 employee- sponsored grants globally, totaling more than $261,000. Technology donations included 16 laptops and 320 desktop computers. Monetary donations, including about $6,000 in National Merit Scholarships, and tangible gifts are awarded to a vast array of causes and here are just a few highlights from across our geographies:

• Special purpose vans: TTEC collaborated with the Tara Foundation to equip a vehicle with audiology services for early identification of children with hearing disability to provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, and vocational therapy. In partnership with Environmental Sanitation Institute, TTEC funded a vehicle to create awareness in rural areas about environment, sanitation and water management best practices. • Going for the gold: TTEC India Foundation funded a $10,000 sponsorship for Pragnya Mohan, an Indian triathlete from Ahmedabad, who is considered India’s best bet for triathlon debut at the Olympic Games. India’s highest-ranked triathlete gives credit to TTEC’s Annual Wellness Walk where she started long-distance running as a child and nurtured her dream of becoming a professional athlete. • Christmas celebrations: In 2024, TTEC continued its tradition to engage with resource-limited children through cultural programs and holiday gifts in partnership with Manav Sadhna.

125 employee-sponsored TTEC Foundation grants awarded in 2024 $557K total donations made to organizations and causes across the globe.
