Green Ambassadors and sustainability initiatives At TTEC, we believe that sustainability isn’t just a goal — it’s a shared responsibility. We must all Act as One to create meaningful change. Through our Impact and Sustainability initiatives, we aim to minimize emissions and source cleaner energy. Athens, Greece República, Mexico

By addressing emissions at every level, we’re not only enhancing our sustainability but also supporting our clients and communities in their own journeys toward a greener future. Green Ambassadors pilot program In 2024, TTEC pilot-tested a new program called Green Ambassadors. TTEC’s Green Ambassadors program enlists our most passionate and charismatic employees to step up and be a visible presence that embodies our commitment to protect the environment and advance sustainability initiatives. This global network of ambassadors cultivates local communities at their sites and encourages buy-in to reduce the company’s carbon footprint. Partnerships are pivotal to the program; Green Ambassadors collaborate with our Facilities teams to participate in monthly site walk-throughs to help identify opportunities to implement environmentally friendly practices. Our ambassadors also partner with our engagement team and community groups to celebrate environmental-related holidays and live events. Actively engaged, hands-on, and motivated, our ambassadors reinforce a core TTEC value, Act as One, which means: We are stronger together and we can accomplish more as a team. Following successful launch at seven sites, TTEC, plans to expand the Green Ambassadors program to more locations:

Novaliches, Philippines

Santa Rosa, Philippines

Arizona, United States

Colorado, United States

Technology recycling initiatives — PCs for People

In 2024, TTEC partnered with PCs for People, a national electronics waste recycler that offers NAID AAA-certified data destruction and R2-certified sustainable recycling services. Equipment that still has some life in it but no longer serves a purpose at TTEC is distributed — at no cost to the Company — to low-income individuals, families, and nonprofits. About half of PCs for People beneficiaries have never owned a computer before. PCs for People also provides internet access and digital skills education and support.

Employee volunteerism TTEC hosted several Earth Day events, bringing

together employees to plant flowers, clean up parks, and collaborate on recycling across the globe. Our employees in São Paulo, Brazil, led an event to collect recyclables and incentivize neighbors to make “reduce, reuse, and recycle” a priority in their daily lives. In Athens, Greece, employees gathered 220 pounds of clothing and 1,000 used batteries for recycling, planted 700 sunflowers and more than 150 trees in a mountainous area ravaged by fires.
