Culinary Centre Of Excellence

The participants included chefs from Shangri-La Istanbul, Shangri-La Dubai, Jen Maldives and faculty members of various hospitality institutes. Two day program included redefining the art of kebabs, tricks of Indian sweets and new trends of street food of India. The participants enjoyed the Regional Indian breakfast and explored the culinary spice market behind Jama Masjid in Old Delhi. The workshop was culminated with dinner at Indian Accent which is Asia’s 19th best restaurant.
