The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Fraser Valley board area, at 24%, re(ected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in October was $819,500, a 1.3% decrease from September and 0.5% below October 2023. The average sold price was $833,776, 2% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $542, down 1.4% to last month.
