October townhome sales increased by 26% month-over-month, to 398, and were 34% above October 2023. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Greater Vancouver board area, at 24%, re(ected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in October was $1,090,000, a 8% increase from September and 4% above October 2023. The average sold price was $1,151,934, 3% above last month; the average PSF sale price was $773, down 2% to last month.
