Advised Succession Group on its acquisitions of Chambers Group and Plan4Wealth, for a total consideration in excess of £10m. Michelmores has now acted for Succession Group on 13 acquisitions.
Advised Sunbird Bioenergy on the transfer of ownership of Addax Bioenergy Limited, a pioneering bioethanol and renewable electricity operation in Sierra Leone, to a group of investors led by the Sunbird Group.

Instructed by several large estates in Devon, Wiltshire and Shropshire to advise on everything from estate succession to employment issues and property acquisition.
YELVERTON PROPERTIES DEVELOPMENTS LTD.
WESTMINSTER DIOCESE
Instructed by Westminster Diocese to act on the academy conversions of 52 schools.
Advised Yelverton Properties Developments Ltd. on £3.5m stadium improvements to Exeter City Football Club’s St James Park.

Appointed to the panel of a large international bank to advise their clients on various private client related matters, such as tax and estate planning.
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY
Instructed by The London Borough of Haringey regarding a funding contribution to be made by the Council to the new 61,559 capacity Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The new development is to incorporate a new public square, conference facilities, hotel and a skywalk.
LEYTON ORIENT HOLDINGS LIMITED
Advised Leyton Orient Football Club owner, Leyton Orient Holdings Limited, on the sale of the club to business consortium Eagle Investments 2017 Limited.
