Being instructed by two NHS Trusts regarding a highly complex whistle-blowing claim involving senior executives and allegations of nepotism. Why did you choose to qualify into employment law? Tell me about something that you have become involved in whilst at Michelmores that you wouldn’t have expected On behalf of a client, reviewing highly offensive evidence of misconduct, involving a senior employee. A huge amount of evidence had to be considered, which resulted in days of work where lunch simply had to be missed! Who would be your top three dinner party guests? If living people, I’d have to say Dennis Skinner, Jacob Rees-Mogg and Rebecca Dennis… and if I’m including fictional characters, I’d say Tywin Lannister (Game of Thrones), Don Vito Corleone (The Godfather) and Claire Underwood (House of Cards).
