Enrollment Guide
You've reviewed your benefit plan options and made yourchoices. Now takea moment to wrap up the enrollment process by submitting your elections online following the steps indicated below.
Step1 Log on to www.mytishmanbenefits.com andclick on “Enter".
Step2 Enter your Social Security Number (without the dashes) as your Login ID and the Password listed within
your enrollment kit, and select “Login”.
Step3 Youwill now be asked to change your password. After creating a new password, you will be able to view your options and enroll in the benefits that best meet your needs. When enrolling in benefits online, your password serves as your electronic signature. The next time you log into the Online Benefits Center you will be required to enter your new password.
Step4 Use the "PROCEED" buttonto navigate through all of your benefit options. On each screen you can review and/or modify all of your benefit elections before they are submitted.

Step5 Once you have proceeded throughall of yourbenefit options, you will reach the “Confirm Your Elections” screen. To complete your enrollment, click on “Submit”.

Step6 Your enrollment in Tishman's Employee Benefits Program is now complete. You should print out a copy of your confirmation statement by selecting “Print”. Additionally, a paper confirmation statement will be mailed to your home address shortly after your enrollment is processed. Please review this statement for accuracy and follow the instructions enclosed in that packet to make any necessary changes.

IMPORTANT! Youmay change yourbenefitelections as oftenas you wish during the enrollmenttimeframe. Your final submission, determined by an electronic time and date stamp, will stand as your final election.
