Yoga Blast

A full body strength and condition class hitting all major groups. Suitable for those in need of a quick workout focused on overall muscle conditioning and toning.

A quick blast of yoga! A 30 minute class following the main fundamentals of yoga practice, while building strength, flexibility and balance.
