The global market for E-Commerce Packaging was valued at $98.5 billion in 2024 and is pro- jected to reach $264 billion by 2030, growing at a Compound Annual Growth Rate of 17.9 percent from 2024 to 2030, according to a new report from ResearchAndMarkets.com.
What are effective leadership strategies within the packaging industry in general and the label industry specifically? FINAT has addressed this in a recently released report from its European Label Forum. A panel of industry leaders was convened to discuss leadership and adapting to a fast-evolving world, addressing the critical challenges in attracting and retaining talent while emphasizing the unique aspects of leader- ship within the label sector.

As online shopping continues to increase, so does the need for packaging that protects products during transit while enhancing the overall customer experience. This shift toward more specialized, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing packaging solu- tions is a primary growth driver in the market. By fostering an inclusive and adaptive workplace culture, the label industry can better resonate with these demographics. • Educational Partnerships : Some companies have successfully col- laborated with educational institutions, such as graphic arts schools, to recruit talent directly.
