Introduction We are looking for an innovative and accomplished individual to shape and implement a marketing and admissions strategy to support ILG’s long-term vision. Overview As a newly created role, the key focus will be to develop and implement a data driven growth strategy and tactical business development plan that ensures the attraction, recruitment and retention of pupils across ILG. By providing credible and timely current and future data, analysis and insight you will facilitate informed decisions at Board level which will ultimately shape the strategic direction of the group as a whole. Working with the School Heads and Business Managers you will create an outstanding experience for parents and pupils throughout every stage of the admissions process and beyond. You will set all relevant policies, procedures, quality and customer service standards and ensure their delivery to all prospective families and influencers. In addition, you will lead, plan, direct and implement an overall strategy for all marketing on behalf of ILG in order to raise the group’s visibility, advance the brand, and articulate clear messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
