To celebrate the milestone of Corona Cigar’s 25th Anniversary, we put a new spin on a Nicaraguan cigar classic. To do this, we worked with our friends at the J.C. Newman Cigar Company and asked their Master Blender, Omar Ortiz, to take our exclusive Florida Sun Grown tobacco and come up with three expressions using his extensive inventory of aged tobaccos in their Nicaraguan cigar factory. To satisfy the tastes of a wide range of cigar enthusiasts, we created a refined and well-balanced blend wrapped in a light Ecuadorian Shade wrapper, a spicy Nicaraguan Habano wrapper, and a dark and rich Maduro wrapper. All three wrappers create a unique flavor profile when combined with our signature Florida Sun Grown Corojo tobacco.

To celebrate our 20th Anniversary, we had to do something special. So we exported a few bales of our exclusive Florida Sun Grown Corojo tobacco to Casa Fernandez Cigars in Nicaragua. From there, Eduardo Fernandez and his team of Cuban cigar blenders went to work on combining just the right balance of Jalapa, Condega and Esteli Nicaraguan tobaccos with our 5th and 6th priming Florida Sun Grown ligero tobaccos and an elegant Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. The result is a completely new, complex Cubanesque type of full flavor experience that combines the best characteristics of Cuban seed Nicaraguan and authentic Florida tobaccos. CODE: CCXX
