A MELANOMA SURVIVORSHIP NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND REPORT WAS CONDUCTED FROM OCTOBER 2019 – JANUARY 2020.

Approximately 50% of stage 4 respondents reported having a long-term survivorship plan in place

68% of stage 0-2 survivors experienced depression, compared with 59% of stage 3-4 survivors
