Young joined our team in 2017 and brings over ten years of experience to NAI Summit, specializing in both property and facilities management.

The largest contributor to the organization’s success being the quality of its employees, they are excited to announce the recent promotions of Janie D’Aurora , Jon Skekel, Nan- cy Worby and Jena Young . NAI Summit promoted Janie D’Aurora to senior property ac- countant. During her 10 years with NAI Summit, D’Aurora has extensively built upon her past accounting, operations and administrative experi- ence through her various roles within the organization’s Ac- counting department. In her role as senior prop- erty accountant, D’Aurora is responsible for all aspects of accounting for her commercial property portfolio consisting of office and industrial build - ings as well as retail shopping centers. Her duties include pro- ducing comprehensive financial reports, preparing CAM rec- onciliations and collaborating with the property managers to create complex property budgets. D’Aurora is a strong communicator with a proactive approach to her position. Her reliability and great attitude have established effective re- lationships with the building owners, vendors and property managers that she works with. In her free time, D’Aurora enjoys bike riding, visiting the beach and spending time with her family. Jon Skekel has been pro- moted to senior property man- ager. Skekel has been with NAI Summit for three years and is responsible for a large portfolio consisting of retail, office, medi - cal, and industrial. With deep knowledge in property and facilities management, Skekel has been very confident in his role and a natural self-starter. In Skekel’s free time he loves to coach baseball, basketball and soccer for his kids’ teams and play softball and volleyball. Nancy Worby has been pro- moted to chief operations of- ficer. Bringing a unique set
