Located at 1631 Pater - son Plank Rd., the four-story community will feature 116 one and two-bedroom apartments with a three-story parking garage. With views directly across the river from American Dream, the property is located on a residential cul-de-sac with a pocket park. The apartment community provides residents with bus access to midtown S
Manhattan, and is walking distance to downtown Secau- cus, which features a host of restaurants and retail options. “With each of our properties, we strive to identify walkable and vibrant locations that offer residents a unique lifestyle and experience, and our develop- ment in Secaucus is no excep- tion,” said Stephen Santola , executive vice president and General Counsel at Woodmont Properties. “Just a short dis- tance away from American Dream, residents will have ac- cess to a wide variety of dining, retail and entertainment right in their backyard.”
“We’re thrilled to begin devel- opment on this truly stunning boutique luxury community,” said Jack Tycher , partner at Canoe Brook Development. “With its location on a charm- ing cul-de-sac and its walkabil- ity to several of the neighbor- hood parks and destinations, it’s sure to attract residents who are seeking convenience and access to some of the top amenities the community has to offer in close proximity to New York City.” Just three miles West of the Lincoln Tunnel, Secaucus is a short commute into New York City and a quick ride away from The Meadowlands, home of the Giants, Jets, concerts, circuses, ice shows, weekly flea markets and the Meadowlands Race- track and most recently Ameri- can Dream mega-mall with indoor amusement and water parks, ski slope and multiple entertainment options. MAREJ Crystal Windows improves series 1240/1280 Sliding Doors Quad roller component QUEENS, NY — Crystal Window & Door Systems announced important standard feature improvements to its Series 1240 and 1280 alumi- num sliding patio doors. Most significantly for both models, the door panel standard roll- ers have been upgraded from a dual to a quad system. The new heavy-duty quad rollers, available in either stainless or zinc-plated steel, now feature 1.71” diameter wheels versus the 1.25” diam- eter wheels on the former dual rollers. The upgraded roller system is significantly easier to operate and can easily accom- modate increasingly popular larger size door panels and triple glazed insulating glass units (IGUs).. “Crystal continuously makes advances and product improve- ments to meet market needs and match trends,” said Sa- brina Leung , architectural sales and engineering manager. “The quad roller system is an important upgrade which I’m sure will make the doors even more popular.” MAREJ
