purchased the Light Industrial Zoned land in 2019 where they intend to erect a total of seven warehouse buildings totaling nearly six million s/f of space. How do you contribute to the industry or community? Over the years, I have assisted numerous companies and non-profits through - out the Lehigh Valley acquire, dispose of, and lease commercial real estate based on their needs. I provide professional guidance and negotiate deal structures that make sound business sense based on their goals. By doing so, this has al - lowed companies to expand their presence in the Lehigh Valley, thus adding jobs and improving the overall economy. Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in, about your current position and why you choose the field/pro - fession you are in today? Growing up I always had a passion for real estate. As a kid I’d doodle floor plans in my note pads, beg my parents to tour open houses, and had a unique appreciation for building architecture and character. After completing my degree in Real Estate & Finance, I immediately entered the real estate world where I became one of the Lehigh Valley’s youngest managing broker and senior director of property management and sales at a local brokerage & property management firm. My background and industry knowledge in sales and landlord & tenant representation led me to my success in transitioning over to NAI Summit where I focus solely in commercial and industrial sales and leasing. Since joining NAI Summit in 2015, I have leased/sold over one-million s/f in the last four years. What outside activities do you enjoy during you free time? My favorite outside activity is walking my three dogs including a recent addi - tion to our family! My husband and I are proud dog parents to two Chihuahua rescues (Rocco & Savannah) and most recently welcomed our newest Foster pup (Maci) a Pit Bull Terrier. MAREJ

this day, I found new goals in creating a lasting impact on my community. Sit - ting on a nonprofit board or joining a Chamber council is not only beneficial to where you live and for others but for your own growth as well. I have learned a significant amount frommy volunteer work experiences and it’s a special feeling to see firsthand the positive impacts your involvement can have. What challenges and or obstacles do you feel you needed to overcome to become as successful as you are today? A challenge for all in the marketing world would be staying ahead and aware of the various new trends and technology. I routinely dedicate time solely to research, focusing on my industry, our competition, and overall marketing de - velopments. Setting up alerts on Google assists me in this process by sending relevant articles based on my specific keywords right to my inbox! In addition, I have been especially fortunate to be with NAI Summit who is a part of a larger organization, NAI Global. Through this affiliation, we are completely owner- operated but receive the network and expertise from 375+ offices around the world. NAI Global provides us the ability to discuss, share, collaborate, and ask questions in our online Marketing Council. NAI offices are always eager to share marketing techniques, templates, success stories, software/technology reviews, and more with one another. This resource has been invaluable to me and my initiatives, saving a lot of time and money while allowing us to focus on strate - gies we know have seen success by others. What inspiring word of advice would you give to a young executive graduating from college today? An aspiring word of advice I would give to a young executive graduating from college would be to never think what you do doesn’t matter. Even if it’s not your dream job or the industry you were hoping for, work hard no matter the position. Every choice your make, every project you do and the attitude you hold day in and day out, remember it matters. Always try to give your best in everything you do, with a positive attitude because even if you fail, how you handle the failure can speak to a higher regard than com - pleting the task. This mindset has helped me gain multiple recommendations throughout various points in my career and a positive professional reputation throughout my community. By consistently putting forth that effort, there’s a level of commitment and dedication people know they will receive fromme. MAREJ
