There was 1.6 months of inventory in April, reflect- ing seller’s market conditions. The previously owned condo median sold price in April was $477,350, 0.2% below March but 4% higher vs April 2020. The average sold price was $579,948, 3% above last month; the average PSF sales price was $608, up 3% from last month.
