 CIRC Annual Meeting & Board Elections Don Robizer presented a year in review noting that CIRC spon- sored 16 classes over the previous 2-year RE icensing period (a major benefit of membership), along with many exciting speakers and topics at seven lunch meetings and the Annual November Joint Dinner and the upcoming 20th Annual Golf Outing. The release of the updated CIRC commercial, retail, and industrial leases was announced.

Elections were held for seven Directors to serve a new two-year term beginning 7/1/18.  Gregory Ellis was honored for his

years of service as president, director,

Legislative Affairs chairman, and member of the Program, Membership, and Lease com- mittees.  New board member, Barton L. Mackey, Jr., of Patterson-Woods Commercial Prop- erties-Corfac International was introduced.
