Dollar Tree, Old Navy, Ulta and Habitat for Humanity ReStores, have recently signed leases in the fol- lowing dominant retail centers within their regions. Dollar Tree signed a lease to open a 10,532 s/f store at Coop- erTowne Center in Somerdale. Old Navy will open a 14,230 s/f store at NRDC’s Pohat- cong Plaza in Phillipsburg.
