The seller, Colfin Cobalt I-II, LLC was represented by Flynn Com- pany’s David Ricci and Tony Rod . Colliers International’s Ian Richman recently con- cluded two sales transactions in Southern New Jersey. 75 Erie St., Camden: The 17-acre land parcel was purchased by a private de- veloper for $1.1 million. No development plans have been disclosed at this junc- ture, but this site provides numerous development op- portunities with unmatched waterfront views of the Cen- ter City skyline. Camden has been the beneficiary of the Grow NJ tax incentive program with numerous companies relocating their corporate headquarters to the City. This site is just around the corner from the billion-dollar Liberty Proper- ty Trust waterfront develop- ment project. The seller was Agathon Realty . Richman was the sole broker in this transaction. 4 Enterprise Court, Sewell: The 22’ clear, crane-served warehouse on 2.99 acres was purchased by Robert Ganter Contractors, Inc. for $830,000. Located directly off Delsea Dr. near Rte. 55, the building offered ceiling heights hard to come by in a market where inventory has remained low. The seller was Dente Trading. Richman represented the buyer in this transaction. 
