On January 3, 2025, GSO voluntarily withdrew as a Sponsor of the Trust pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement, and, effective May 3, 2025, GSIS shall be the sole remaining Sponsor of the Trust. As of the close of business on April 2, 2025, the fair value of SUI determined in accordance with the Trust’s accounting policy was $2.48 per SUI. Subsequent events have been evaluated through April 7, 2025, the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
