Facilitate executing the sales contract

Receive and manage earnest money
Facilitate access for Buyer and their Licensed Home Inspector Mediate or negotiate any issues raised by the attorneys and/or inspection Meet Buyer’s Lender’s Appraiser and provide comparable properties Monitor all contract deadlines and purchase contingencies
