Delicious Vegan Popcorn Serves 2 • 4 tablespoons Niulife Organic Coconut Ghee • 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels • Salt to taste

Heat 3 tablespoons of Niulife Organic Coconut Ghee in saucepan on medium-high heat until it has melted. Add 3 or 4 popcorn kernels to saucepan and wait until they pop. Add the remainder of the kernels in an even layer. Cover saucepan and wait until popping has slowed to more than two seconds between pops. Remove popcorn and add to a bowl. Melt remainder of ghee in saucepan and drizzle over popcorn. Sprinkle salt to taste and toss/stir popcorn to distribute ghee and salt.
