ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Danilo M. Te, DBA

He is the former dean of the School of Business and Governance (SBG) at Ateneo de Davao University. He teaches marketing management and marketing research in the undergraduate programs and marketing models in the doctorate program at SBG. Dr. Te is active in training students and faculty members in research and applied statistics. He has conducted extensive research in marketing. He is also active in advising master’s and doctorate degree candidates on their thesis and dissertation writing. Dr. Te co-authored the book Principles of Marketing (2017 edition) for senior high school.

Divina V. Sabanal, DBM

She is a full-time faculty member of the Business Management Department of the School of Business and Governance (SBG) at Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU). She is the assistant dean of the undergraduate programs at AdDU, where she spearheads academic developments such as student and faculty international exposure, curriculum revision, robust research, and engagement activities. She teaches International Management, Practicum 1, Organization Development, and Total Quality Management. Dr. Sabanal also teaches in the graduate programs at SBG. She is a member of the University Research Council, one of the three coequal councils of the university. She actively participates in research, consulting, and extension projects.

Jovelyn A. Castro, LPT, DM

She is a full-time faculty member of the Business Management Department of the School of Business and Governance (SBG) at Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU). Aside from conducting research at the university, Dr. Castro is also an adviser to both undergraduate and postgraduate students for their research papers. Prior to her involvement at AdDU, she held several supervisory and managerial positions in various organizations, including government agencies, multinational companies, local and international nongovernmental organizations in Thailand, and other higher educational institutions in Davao City.

Christhoffer P. Lelis, LPT, PhD

He is a licensed professional teacher and has been a professor of mathematics, business research, and managerial statistics courses for more than 15 years. He is a part-time faculty member of the Business Management programs at Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU) and the dean of the School of Arts and Sciences and Business and Management at Brokenshire College. He also serves as an adviser, panelist, and statistician for students’ theses. Dr. Lelis has been actively involved in research activities at various professional organizations, colleges, and universities in Davao Region, and his work has been awarded as the best research at three different national research conferences.
