Criminal Law 1
With no claim to originality or novelty, this textbook is especially designed to cater to criminology students. As an allied course of law, the study of criminology deals with legal concepts and principles, and of course, the law itself. To avoid pushing students to the brink of mental exhaustion, the delivery of topics is presented in units—a characteristic of the modular system, consistent with the present educational norm of blended learning. Thus, instead of the narrative style typical of traditional law books, this textbook is structured to guide students’ learning with ease; it serves both as a textbook and a workbook, containing lecture and practical exercises. To eliminate the risk of oversimplification, problem-solving drills are introduced to stimulate critical thinking. This piece, especially dedicated to both criminology students and practitioners, is a product of the hard work and collaboration of the authors , with the goal of helping students understand the depths of Criminal Law 1 as easily as possible
