ABOUT THE AUTHOR
She is an education management specialist with a Master of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from UPLB. Her work as an assistant professor in the Human and Family Development Studies Department at UPLB focuses on the development of young children and adolescents. She has contributed to publications such as “The Effect of Class Size and Multisensory Intervention on the Reading Performance of Selected Primary-Level Public School Children” and “Perceived Family Support Predicts Anxiety Level among Highly Anxious University Students.” She also co-wrote a policy brief on Indigenous Peoples’ problems in education. ABOUT THE COORDINATOR
He finished his Master of Arts in Education and Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Curriculum Studies at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. He also completed his Master of Education in Curriculum Development and did a postdoctoral study on Gifted Education in Science at Ehime University in Japan. As a scholar, he has done numerous research works and published articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals. He served as a professor of Curriculum Studies at the University of the Philippines-Diliman for nine years. He became a member of CHED’s Technical Committee for Educational Leadership and Foundations for four years. He received various scholarship grants, such as the Mombukagakusho Research Scholarship, JASSO Research Fellowship Grant, and JASSO Student Support Scholarship. He finished his PhD with the ‘Academic Excellence Award’ for getting the highest general weighted average among all the doctoral graduates. He also received the prestigious Pi Gamma Mu Award for Academic Excellence in Social Sciences. He was also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi International Honor Society. Currently, he is a professor of Curriculum Development and Evaluation and Human Development Studies at the University of the Philippines-Los Baños. Greg Tabios Pawilen, Ph.D.
