Bee Kee p in g IT'S ALL THE BUZZ

At our very own Oakdale Farm, we host an urban bee colony, the Oakdale bee hive. It produces its own honey by way of a hive housed in a miniature version of Keswick Hall itself. The mini bee hotel—called the “Bee Hall”—contains 30,000 gentle subspecies of the traditional western honeybee. Because bees collect nectar and pollen from blossoms within a 3.5-mile radius of their hive, the honey harvested is local Keswick Hall honey.

Our Tennis Center DIRECTOR OF TENNIS: Tristan Venables ASSISTANT PRO: Gabriela Chase Contact the Tennis Shop Phone: 434-923-4344 | Email: tvenables@keswick.com The newly re-designed tennis facility at Keswick Hall offers seven courts with the most advanced European Red Clay surfaces and the same state-of-the-art lighting used at top stadiums— enabling our guests to play year-round, day or evening. Two of the courts feature an all-weather Claytech European Red Clay, a hybrid surface that combines a hard court with the beauty and playability of a clay court. The other five courts have all been converted to red clay, bringing the first European sub-irrigated red clay courts to the Mid-Atlantic region. A state-of-the-art HyQ sub-irrigation system provides the most consistent clay court experience, while using less water. A technologically advanced LED lighting system enables play well into the evening hours. Keswick’s top notch tennis pros are available for private tennis lessons, group classes and organized corporate events, for an additional cost. Tennis amenities such as court reservations, tennis rackets, tennis balls and usage of the facility’s ball machine are included in the hotel’s resort fee.

Cookin g & Mixolo gy Class SIP & STIR IN THIS UNIQUE EXPERIENCE The primary focus is to define “healthy eating & drinking”, as well as help participants develop their cooking and mixology skills.
