ULTRA operates multiple independent groups across the UK, which meet monthly in private rooms at carefully chosen, premium venues. Groups do not rotate and members are not shared. Consequently, each group develops its own identity and depth over time.
Membership is by invitation or referral.

Every prospective member speaks directly with the Founder before joining, to ensure mutual fit — for the individual and for the group.
