Her unwavering commitment to fulfilling residents' needs makes her a true asset to our community. Meet Tonya Lewis-Hagen, our dedicated Life Enrichment Director at Cedar Creek of Seymour . With 24 years of experience in long-term care, Tonya has returned to our community, where she previously worked from 2005-2007 (when it was Shields House). Thrilled to be back and just five minutes from home, Tonya loves planning special parties and engaging with residents. Her positivity and passion shine through in her genuine interactions, making residents feel respected and happy. We are grateful for Tonya's enthusiasm and dedication, which brings smiles and joy to our community every day. Meet Heriberto “Tito” Diaz, our outstanding Environmental Services Director at Cedarhurst of McHenry . Tito embodies compassion, respect, and trustworthiness. A true team player, he educates our team on fire and tornado drills, and he is always available to help in any situation. Tito goes above and beyond, from calling BINGO to coming in at 2 a.m. for fire drills or alarms, and even assisting in the dining room. Tito is a rockstar, and we deeply appreciate all he does for our residents and team!
