DANCE All levels, from beginners to advanced. Whether you're looking to master the steps of salsa, groove to hip-hop beats, or refine your technique in ballet, our diverse range of dance styles offers something for everyone. Discover the joy of dancing in a supportive and inclusive environment while improving coordination, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Come dance with us and let the music move you! Embrace this slow paced class where we will aim to nourish and rejuvenate the body by breathing into the poses at a comfortable slow and smooth pace while still offering a nice heated warming class to get the heart rate up and blood flowing. Focus on the connection of the breath, movement and mind in this Slow Flow Yoga class. MAT PILATES This group Pilates class will work you through training practices that can be done on a mat instead of a reformer. In this class, you will hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscle groups and core strength. Much of the equipment that you find in a reformer class can also be used in a Pilates mat workout. Your Pilates instructor will give you options to use bands, exercise balls, and sometimes even small weights to help level up your Pilates experience. SLOW FLOW YOGA

RESTORATIVE YOGA Relieves stress and takes you to a quiet place that is meditative and ideal for processing emotions. 'Yin - The slow pace of Yin yoga helps to calm the nervous system and provides students with an opportunity to slow down, rest and enjoy this more meditative style. HAPPY FEET AND BALANCE Building a foundation of better health from the ground up. Foot work exercise is beneficial for everyone, but can be especially helpful if you have flat feet, ankle inversion, version, bunions, or a need to correct leg and hip alignment. Ball exercises for your feet have been shown to enhance the responsiveness of the neurofascial network and rehydrates the connective tissue system.
GENTLE YOGA Gentle yoga is a soothing and accessible form of yoga practice that prioritizes ease, flexibility, and mindfulness over strenuous physical exertion. It's ideal for individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and physical conditions. In a gentle yoga class, the pace is unhurried, allowing participants to move slowly and mindfully through each posture. There is a focus on stretching, breathing, balance, and fluid movement. is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.hat enhances flexibility and functionality.

GUIDED HIKE DESCRIPTIONS
November 15, 2024 | Araby Trail (Palm Springs) 3.5 MILES | MODERATE
This “trail of the stars” climbs above the Bob Hope Estate and the home of the late Steve McQueen. The trail offers beautiful scenery of both nature and architecture. This is a short but sweet “exercise” trail, so expect to be pleasantly challenged.
December 13, 2024 | Indio Badlands Trail (Indio) 4.5 MILES | MODERATE
Embark on an adventure through the rugged landscape of Indio Badlands, where the arid desert terrain meets stunning geological formations. This hike offers a unique blend of stark, sunbaked cliffs, winding canyons, and expansive desert vistas that reveal the raw beauty of the region.
January 24, 2025 | Pushwalla Palms & Canyon Trail (Desert Hot Springs) 5 MILES | MODERATE
This hike, found within the Coachella Valley Preserve, starts above Horseshoe Palms and descends into Pushwalla Palms Canyon. With the right amount of rain, a stream sometimes runs through the long grove of palms growing in Pushwalla Canyon. The preserve offers a variety of hikes suitable for all levels.
February 7, 2025 | La Quinta Cove to Lake Cahuilla Trail (La Quinta) 6 MILES | MODERATE/CHALLENGING The La Quinta Cove to Lake Cahuilla Trail offers hikers a scenic journey through the picturesque desert landscape of La Quinta. This 6-mile in-and-out trail takes you from the LQ Cove Oasis to the tranquil Lake Cahuilla, providing breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the Coachella Valley. The hike includes sections of rocky terrain, mild inclines, and a wash, making it moderately challenging but accessible for most hikers with a moderate fitness level.
March 14, 2025 | Horsethief Creek via Cactus Spring Trail (Mountain Center) 6 MILES | MODERATE/CHALLENGING This trail gets your heart pumping as you ascend and descend through areas of thick vegetation, past fields of cacti, and enjoy the shade of pinyon pines. We’ll come across an abandoned dolomite mine, marvel at the simplicity of the horse corral, and enjoy a snack break down by the creek.

January 17, 2025 | Palm Desert Aquatic Center | Palm Desert 6.5 MILES | BEGINNER TO MODERATE Pedal your way to the Palm Desert Aquatic Center on this 6.5-mile ride. A refreshing morning exercise that combines fitness with the possibility of a post-ride dip in the pool.
February 28, 2025 | Starbucks at The River | Rancho Mirage 10 MILES | MODERATE
This 10-mile ride will take you to Starbucks at The River, offering a bit more distance for those ready to increase their endurance. Reward yourself with your favorite drink and enjoy the riverside ambiance.
March 28, 2025 | Old Town Coffee | La Quinta 12 MILES | MODERATE TO ADVANCED Challenge yourself with a 12-mile ride to Old Town Coffee in La Quinta. The journey offers scenic views and a chance to explore one of the valley’s quaintest towns.
